30 Lifestyle Changes for a Healthy and Happy Life

I know at the beginning of the year we all make resolutions or set goals on lifestyle changes for a healthier and happier life. But here we are with less than 4 months left in the year, and  I had to go and review some of my goals. I realized that I have fell off. I mean waaaay off. But then I remembered my main goal was to have a healthy and happy life.

I made a list of 30 lifestyle changes I can make for a healthier and happier life for the remainder of the year and to take me into the new year.

30 Lifestyle Changes for a Healthy and Happy Life

  • Be intentional in everything you do
  • Learn to say NO to things that no longer serve you
  • Be Present
  • Drink more water
  • Practice having positive thoughts (change negative into positive)
  • Eat filling whole foods
  • Laugh/Smile more
  • Create a morning and night routine
  • Travel
  • Learn something new
  • Nourish your relationships
  • Set Boundaries
  • Practice Gratitude
  • Take a break from work 
  • Get more sleep
  • Judge less
  • Dream Big
  • Be impeccable with your word
  • Remove your ego
  • Stop comparison
  • Learn when to let go
  • Practice kindness
  • Be active/exercise
  • Don’t take anything personal
  • Stop making assumptions
  • Rise early
  • Do your best
  • Say daily affirmations
  • Mind your business
  • Practice Self Care

All of these lifestyle changes I can do on my own. I already do some of them but it is important that I incorporate the others in my life.  These may seem really simple to some but they are important changes within myself to avoid stress and madness.
